A Preservative is a naturally occurring or synthetic substance that is added to products to prevent decomposition by microbial growth or by undesirable chemicals changes. Thus preservative can be added to other materials to protect them against biological infestation and growth. They are added to products such as Paints, Leather , Metal Treatment Products, Paper & Pulp , Adhesive Industry, Wood Industry, Water Treatment Industry and in Rubber Chemicals.
